Adding Accounts

I'm unable to add my Amazon Synchrony account, when I search for financial institutions named Amazon there are 2 options the Synchrony option has the wrong website listed, so when I input my login credentials I receive the message that I typed in the wrong login credentials. My login credentials work and I'm able to login through the correct website.
How do we correct Quicken having the wrong website address.

    Try connecting to “Synchrony Mastercard” instead, that uses the syf.com URL. If that doesn't work then try “Synchrony Bank Credit Cards”.

    If none of the Quicken options work you'll have to ask Synchrony to request a correction, I think they're the only ones that can initiate a fix.
