Quicken on Windows super slow for the last 6 months

Quicken is so slow that it can't be used. It freezes constantly. I've updated it to R47.15, I tried turning off firewalls/virus protections but nothing helps. I just was charged the subscription fee but I haven't been able to use it in months. Please Help. I tried calling the help but the time difference makes it hard for me to call during their open hours.

    I would suggest booting your computer into Safe Mode with Networking and then try running Quicken.
