i cannot add my third chase card to Quicken Mac

I follow the Quicken linking instructions. Chase tells me that I have two accounts linked to Quicken (true) and that it will add the third. But the third doesn't show up on Quicken. When I return to Chase, it tells me that I now have three accounts linked up to Quicken. But it still isn't showing up. Any advice? Thanks.
