how to expand downloaded transactions window

how can I expand the downloaded transactions window? I hover on the bottom field but cannot find a double arrow. Is there a keyboard shortcut that will work?

    This isn't possible in an investment account, but for non-investment accounts, expand the Downloaded Transactions tab and then you can click and drag where I have indicated.
