Changed Quicken ID, can't log in to Quicken on my PC now

This needs to be fixed - it's absolutely ridiculous to have to go through what I (and obviously may other people) had to go through to simply change their e-mail address. The Quicken ID for an account needs to be independent of an e-mail address and be a part of the contact / profile information of the account. It was certainly easy enough to change the e-mail address online; but then to go through contortions to even get the application to allow me to specify a different ID to open my data file and do anything is ridiculous. Thank goodness I persevered and found clues in various discussion posts; but I pity the person who is not somewhat technologically inclined.
