Down loading BoA bill payer items

Bill payer items added to my bank checking account are not downloading to Quicken until the items clear. 5 months ago I had been using Microsoft Quicken for 15 years. No problems. Why these items don't download at the next download is inexcusable. Quicken is my checkbook. I shouldn't have to manually write these checks again after setting them up for payment at my bank. Overall, I am pretty disappointed with the IOS version of Quicken.
