Quick pay - Cloud is temporarily unavailable

For several days I been getting errors every time I try and use Bill Pay->Pay with Quick Pay.
I get an error saying the Quicken could is temporarily unavailable. This has been going on for the last 6 days. Without this feature I can not pay my Quicken bills!

I have filed a few trouble tickets, and have been told there is the ETA for expected resolution.

My subscription has just been updated, and now I have an additional problem. I get get past the prompts for resubscribe (previously done)
