Bond quotes missing or wrong when updated from E*Trade

I have numerous Bond holdings on E*Trade. Since last July, I periodically get ZERO or invalid bond quotes from E*Trade when I do a one-step-update. After several months working with E*Trade tech support, they confirmed that they were having an issue with THEIR platform. Today, they recanted and claimed this is a Quicken problem. Anyone else having problems with Bond quotes from E*Trade?
