Clearing out password vault

I have deleted my password vault hoping to clear the banks and cards that I no longer use. They won't clear! The accounts are no longer in my data file and haven't been used in 5 years.

What banking institution(s) are associated with the accounts in question, and are accounts with this institution still active for online banking services?

Thanks for answering I have several credit cards that have been completely removed from my data base as well as a bank account. I have deleted the vault several times but the accounts are still there. One of the accounts is with USAA where I have my bank account. Another is Citicard0
