First Community Bank of Bluefield, VA - CC-503 error

I have a checking account and savings account with Aspiration Bank ( https://www.aspiration.com ) which is a pretty big bank and over the past 8 years has been in the media due to it having the highest intrest rates for savings in the country but it is not set up in quicken supported financial institutions and think itd be a good idea to work with them for connection.

I also have a checking account with First Community Bank ( https://www.firstcommunitybank.com ) which is listed in the supported institutions, but when i enter my credentials (and yes it is the correct username and password) it comes up with the CC-503 error.

We are sorry about this problem with online banking services and the CC-503 error message. Thank you for letting us know about this here on the Quicken Community.

First, with respect to the CC-503 error message being returned by First Community Bank: we will need to confirm that certain troubleshooting steps have been attempted before proceeding. Save a backup by navigating to File > Copy or Backup File… in the upper menu at the top of the screen, then take a look at the following Support Article - linked here - and move through the steps listed there, in order. Does that seem to resolve the issue?

It is up to the bank's management to contact Intuit Inc. as the data aggregator and service provider in order to establish download capability into Quicken.
To the best of my knowledge, there's nothing Quicken or this Community can do to get the ball rolling.

Aspiration Bank - as mentioned by @UKR - it is up to the bank to contract with Quicken for online services…
Here is a Search of the same Q&A about Aspiration - going back to 2018…
The bank has to PURCHASE online services from Quicken….
they have chosen NOT to support Quicken downloads.

So none of the steps in the support article has worked. I have also contacted the bank as i once had a bank that they needed to allow the quicken direct connection per account, but as of now they are not sure why it isnt working and will get back to me if its an issue on their side.
