"Quicken Cannot Find This Security"

I have two mutual funds I would like Quicken to track. When adding them I receive this error…

Quicken tracks many Purpose Investment funds; unfortunately not these two.

How may I request Quicken add these securities?

You can submit it via Help > Report a Problem, but you won't receive any acknowledgement or reply. And there's a good chance nothing wll happen. Quicken contracts with a third party vendor, such as Morningstar or others, for its securities quotes, so if it's not provided via their quotes provider, Quicjen can't/won't change anything.

You can download prices periodically from some other data source, and import them into Quicken, or just manually update the price in Quicken weekly or monthly or however often you wish.
