Fidelity doubling error

Two days ago my Fidelity Net Benefits accounts suddenly doubled the holdings downloaded. So I deleted all these and reloaded them, and now one of the shows $0 when I can see the actual balance on the FNB website. Not sure if the error is on Quicken's side or FNB's - has anyone else seen this? Any fixes? I have deleted and reconnected several times.

    I tried the merge solution but it dropped the balance to zero and now fidelity downloads include the same funds with a 2 and 3 suffix. This is really frustrating.
