RBC Canada RRSP & TFSA Accounts Linked

Good day folks, I am new to quicken and I am having an issue getting data from RBC Canada :( Most accounts connect and download corretly, but I have a couple of TFSA / RRSP accounts which connect to my app. Mac macOS 13.2.1 / Quicken version 6.12.3 (Build 612.47885.100) but will not load the current amounts. I have deleted and reconneted several times. I have started from scratch several times
