I have the same issue with my Phillips 66 credit card and Synchrony Band Account Services

When I try to set up my Phillip's 66 Credit Card with a service provided by Synchrony Bank. It opens up there Sources for Credit Cards, Lowe's, JC Penny's and My Phillip's 66 Credit card, but using Quicken Downloads it will not allow a separate access to set up my Phillip's 66 Credit Card and when I did follow the direction it indicated that my account for my Phillip's 66 card was actually associated with My Lowe's institution. Why does Quicken and Synchrony Bank provide a link to Phillip's 66 directly
