Missing Transaction

I update all of my accounts manually (usually via the Quicken website) and so when I pay my credit card bill, I record it by creating a transfer from my bank account to my credit card account on Quicken. I've noticed a couple of times now where the transfer will show correctly on my bank account but the corresponding transaction doesn't show on my credit card account which makes my credit card balance incorrect. What is weird is that when I input the transaction online, it was correct. Then when I checked it later on the Mac and it was not correct. Even after synchronising a couple of times. Today's issue had a transaction missing from over a month ago and I've updated on the computer since then.
