Paycheck Reminder Disappears

Having problems with the paycheck reminder disappearing the due date if I don't get into the software the day before to deposit it. This ends up being a real pain to try in get a "paycheck" entered after you missed the reminder.
Additionally started having problems with a bill reminder also disappearing before I could enter it.
Any help appreciated!
