Problems manually adding a new account (solved)

If you are having problems adding a new account manually and get the message “cannot connect to Quicken cloud” you need to go into your Windows 11 security settings, select ransomeware protection, then turn on controlled folder access and whitelist the program QW.exe. This will allow Quicken to communicate with it's servers.
