Subscription Renewal

My subscription just expired and Quicken had been sending an email to review payment options. When I logged into my account it show auto pay from the account I had selected so thought all was good, logged out. Today I got an email that my Quicken subscription was cancelled. I assume this was due to an expired CC, but it never showed me that the two times I logged in over the past 2 months to check. I assume that Quicken should have the ability to ask for the updated expiration account or at least show that the account they are planning to bill is expired and need an update. I did not realize this was the until after they cancelled the subscription and removed the account they said they were going to bill from my profile today, all looked good to me as I was expecting to see the charge the other day. Glad I caught it the day after all good.
