CC-502 error when updating Citibank account

I updated Quicken to the latest version (Release R48.9) and still receive a 502 Error when using One Step Update.

I'm having the same problem since 4/2/23 and here it is 4/6/23 and still no progress. There are several transactions that have not been downloaded but the error says No Transactions to Review0
