I have renewed my annual subscription every year since it has been required. When I log into my quicken account and look at my subscription it says it has expired

I suggest resetting the Quicken ID associated with the data file:

    1. Select Edit > Preferences...
    2. Select Quicken ID, Sync & Alerts
    3. Select Sign in as a different user
    4. Enter yes
    5. Select Sign Out
    6. Enter the original Quicken ID
    7. Enter the original Quicken ID password
    8. Select SIGN IN
    9. Select Done

same thing is happening to me today. I've restarted it several times. This happens pretty much everytime I get an update to install.
