Saved reports gone - cannot save new reports

My saved reports list is just gone - cannot access them. Moreover, when I try to save a new report, it says it's saving and then it doesn't show up as saved. This is the same when I use the reports and graphs center. I have validated the file. A separate file I use for a local nonprofit does not have this issue.

Curiously, when I try to save a new report, it offers my my saved reports folder, and says it contains my saved reports (lists by name) but I cannot click on them or access them, and then the new report being saved also does not show up.

This is maddening.

    Have you tried restoring a recent backup taken before the issue started?

    Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.
