Adding Kohl's credit card to Quicken

Question

My husband and I have different Kohl's accounts.  I was able to add his account to Quicken but I can't add mine.  I've been trying for a couple months.  We have different logins so that shouldn't be an issue.  the error states that Kohl's website is down.

the account that is working is XXXpaz43 and the account that I can't set up is XXXcomets1.  I've tried both the epay and the credit card.  for both I get CC502---Kohl's website is temporarily down.  I think the XXXcomets is an old card that was cancelled.

I also cannot add a new Kohl's account and have been having issues for a long time. I get a fix it prompt and it times out everytime. I can log into both of the Kohl's accounts on the Kohl's website with no issues. Called Quicken CS quite a while ago. Would love to know when this will be fixed.
