Adding Kohl's credit card to Quicken

My husband and I have different Kohl's accounts. I was able to add his account to Quicken but I can't add mine. I've been trying for a couple months. We have different logins so that shouldn't be an issue. the error states that Kohl's website is down.

    which exact name have you setup that is working - and which exact name are your trying to setup now ?
