Question about Rental Discussions

QUICKEN - why do you instantly close the discussions? I've been looking for answers because I haven't used the Rentals part of Quicken before, but not only can I NOT find any information on downloading bank transactions in to Rentals, but all the other people looking for answers on using Rentals are having their questions shut down by Quicken.

If anyone has any advice on downloading transactions to Rentals, I would so appreciate it.
