"Unknown institution" error keeps coming up when I try to download transactions (Q Mac)

I'm having the same issue, 2 years after it was first mentioned on a post.

It started after I upgraded Quicken to the later version last month (6.12.3)

I updated to 6.12.4 today but still not working

I work on a Mac with Ventura 13.2.1

please help me resolve the problem and send me that 'firdir' file
