Lifetime Planner can't change assumptions or use what if

When I click on Change Assumptions or What If, I get the Quicken search pop up that says
Sorry, the page you were looking for does not exist or is not available. We performed a web search for “Qw.Exe” and here's what we found.
I tried it on multiple quicken files and they all had the problem.
I updated quicken and am on R48.15 Build 27.1.48.15 this did not resolve the problem.
My husband is on R46.12 Build 27.1.46.12 and he does not have the problem.
