Exporting address book

I've read all the simple directions to do this.

I go through all the steps but nothing happens.

I'm sure I'm missing something simple. Thanks

    When using the Export process, you have to select the addresses you want to export. If you want to export them all, choose "Select All" from the Options menu.

    I find the Export process cumbersome. To quickly and easily export the whole list, use the printer icon and "print" the list to a .csv file.

    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Biz & Personal Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.

    Are you selecting (highlighting) a contact or contacts to export? Are you selecting the fields to export?
