QP 6.12.5 for Mac - Suddenly Requiring 'Reconnection' of *ALL* Accounts

I'm running QP 6.12.5 on a MPB running IOS 13.2.1.

Has anyone else encountered an issue with ALL accounts suddenly needing to be 'reconnected' upon upgrade to this latest version?

If that were the only issue, I could hang with it.

BUT - all transactions dating to 9.21.21 - 18 MONTHS - have lost ALL customization of entries and categories.

PLEASE - share a workaround or fix! This is DAYS of work to restore prior values, aaaand it's TAX TIME.

BTW - all the supervisors at Q Central are "in a meeting…."

Unacceptable, folks. ;o/

    Thanks, Jacobs - very much.

I figured it was a setting selection, but no one at Tech Support or CS was able to formulate the suggestion.

You are correct - Sync was the issue.

Thank you - be well, stay safe. =)

Do you have any backup copies of your data file? The ones Quicken auto-generates, and/or Time Machine or other backup software on your Mac? If so, I would go back in time to before this problem surfaced, and in Settings turn OFF Sync (if it's on) and then Reset your Quicken Cloud account. (It's the latter which is likely responsible for one or both of your problems.)
