I have not been able to connect to the account since the GM Card switched from Capital One to Marcus by Goldman Sachs in February 2022. At that time there was a known issue, which was resolved in late January 2023. But I was still not able to connect, even after the problem was fixed. Connection type is Quicken Connect, which is the only choice available.
I have tried to connect numerous times, all without success. I always receive the same error "Website is currently unavailable, or intermittently unavailable" (screenshot attached).1
