Does anyone know what this Connection Log error message means?

I see the following in the Connection Log after attempting to connect to my brokerage to download transactions. Quicken doesn't display an error to me, but it does not download transactions either.
Does anyone know what this message means?
"We’re sorry, but the application could not find an item on the server that it needs. Try again now, or wait and try later."
