Credit card new number - is this a new account or can I just modify the number?

One of my credit cards had to be replaced and thus has a new number. Obviously the download credentials are no longer working. How do I address this? I would like to keep the transactions consolidated if possible.

Edit Account Details

Disable online

Erase the account number

Re-enable online access (Link to Existing)
