Validation complains about a missing split

Hello,

I was validating my quicken file and got:

Quicken has found 1 stock split(s) for account "Fidelity Investments", security "IVR (INVESCO MORTGAGE CAPITAL INC COM)", on 5/20/2020 that might be missing.

IVR had only one split 2 years later (June 2022). There is nothing IVR-related in the file around 5/20/2020 (the closest record is DivX on 6/30/2020).

Any idea why Quicken is complaining about this misterious split and how to fix it?

I have the same issue in my Fidelity account.

I ignore it
