Tag transactions whether to include in budget or not

It would be super convenient if a little box could be checked or a transaction tagged so that one could indicate if the transaction should or should not be included in the budget. Sometimes there are odd cases or exceptions where having this capability becomes very convenient. Yes, I'm sure there are workarounds, but this would be handy. Microsoft Money used to have this feature and it was very handy.
