AMEX transactions not downloading

Quicken for Mac version 6.12.5
Amex transactions won't download since 3/26. No error message, no prompts, just a bunch of nothing once the process is complete.
Any suggestions?

Strange. I've been getting downloads without interruption, and just got some for two cards, each with different login credentials.
If you look at the Account Settings for your Amex card(s) does it show "Quicken Connect" as the Connection Type?
Hmm… this is new to me. In the Account Settings dialog, if I click to the right of the FI and the Connection type, it adds parenthetical info. See if yours matches.

I rebuilt my connection. It thought about it for awhile, went through the motions, pretended like it connected and came back with a "Quicken Cloud unavailable. Try again later" error. Waited a couple of hours, and now it seems to be functioning again. I got the transactions for the past few days, anyway.
I'm gonna assume this is the usual horsecrap where the connectivity comes and goes every few months.
