I have a debit/checking card issue from 5th third bank. I can set up the account to read my balance but will not download the transaction list and I need that to run my balance reports.

Does anyone know why i can ontly get balance from the debit.cash card

    OP is talking about a Wisely card from ADP. Looking at the footnote on their webpage, Fifth Third Bank holds this prepaid Debit card in a checking account.
    I would assume that Fifth Third would make this checking account accessible to Quicken like all their other checking accounts.

    Unless somebody else who also is a Wisely customer chimes in here, a call to the 1-800 number on the debit card, their monthly statement or smartphone app should answer questions about download connectivity to Quicken.
