Error code CC-501 with NEFCU

I am trying to download from NEFCU and my credentials were erased and now I can't set it up again. Getting the above error code.

I'm a home user and get error code CC-501 when I try to download my updates ever since I updated my subscription.

Since this problem has been resolved for the majority of people I would suggest contacting Quicken support to find out why it isn't fixed for your financial institution/setup.
