Fidelity/Fidelity NetBenefits not downloading

Last month none of my Fidelity stuff was downloading and now I get no error messages and all I get are fund price updates. I do not get any transactions downloaded. I tried all the tricks I now and I get no error messages but there are transactions that are not downloading into Quicken.
