Why won't AidVantage allow Quicken to download my student loan transaction?
A previous thread on this topic was closed, so I am reposting this issue. It's still not available to download!!!!
Here is what a previous commenter said in their post: "I submitted a request to Aidvantage and received this in return: "Please contact our customer service department at 800-722-1300. One of our customer service department agents could
possibly help you or you may have to contact Quicken directly""
PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!!!

I don't see "Aidvantage" or Maximus Education in Quicken's list of financial institutions that Quicken Mac can connect with, so there's nothing Quicken can fix. It's up to the folks at Aidvantage to sign up for this.

just to clarify - Quicken is a service business - each and every bank, brokerage, or other financial company must contract and purchase downloading support from Quicken.

just curious where is "Maximus Education " involved - on the AidAdvantage student loan website ?
