I restored a Quicken windows backup from a couple of days ago and was asked to reauthenticate by signing on to the quicken web site….which I did. I then tried to do an update to capture the last few days and quicken windows told me my subscription has expired. I then signed on to the quicken web site directly and found that my subscription is valid through May 1 and will auto-renew then. So I have a valid fully paid license but I can't update Quicken because it thinks I have an expired license…
How do I get this fixed???

In Quicken, are you using the exact same Quicken ID that you are using when looking at your account on the quicken.com website?
In Quicken try to refresh your Quicken ID status:
- Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
- Click the "Sign in as a different user" link on the right side.
- Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using your existing Quicken ID.
