Div/x item not showing in reconciliation so cannot balance my account

This worked for last month's reconciliation without a problem.

Dividend received and posted in my core account (Div/x). This works fine.

Trying to reconcile, but the amount does not come up on the reconciliation screens even though it shows on my register.

I had to let an adjustment take place and then I had to make more adjustments to back out the adjustment and make sure I had notes in the register.

What is happening?
