I cannot login to my account on web or in the quicken app as of today. It says 'invalid credentials'. nothing works. Why did it suddenly stop from yesterday? This is 2nd time in 2 months this happened. Why does Quicken charge me MONEY and fails to offer a service? Should I do a chargeback or how can this invalid credentials be made to go away? Yes I am abroad, have been for years so what has changed? Why do they have this geo-location firewall which is now giving trouble? And how can I use the service? Also do NOT auto-renew the subscription if you fail to provide login as well as its useless to pay and not be able to use the software.
