Quicken email saying subscription auto-renews today for $71 - but cannot login - invalid credentials

I cannot login to my account on web or in the quicken app as of today. It says 'invalid credentials'. nothing works. Why did it suddenly stop from yesterday? This is 2nd time in 2 months this happened. Why does Quicken charge me MONEY and fails to offer a service? Should I do a chargeback or how can this invalid credentials be made to go away? Yes I am abroad, have been for years so what has changed? Why do they have this geo-location firewall which is now giving trouble? And how can I use the service? Also do NOT auto-renew the subscription if you fail to provide login as well as its useless to pay and not be able to use the software.

    yes, you are abroad - are you also using the Canada version of Quicken ?
    Where are you located ?
    Using a VPN ?

    no vpn

    yes abroad - for years abroad actually - and it worked for many years including yesterday.

    stopped today just as they billed me!

    This company is really not very high quality. They need to fix this system. No point renewing each year if you can't login , 1 account, not multiple, no password sharing, they can't figure out how to allow 1 user to login from abroad that paid for their software?

    After spending over 1 hour on the phone, they finally unblocked my account from abroad. A few days later, its blocked again with invalid credentials!
