ALLY Invest brokerage account connects - but does not download

When using One-step update, Quicken connects to Ally Invest successfully but hasn't downloaded any transactions since early December 2022. The One-step Update Summary said that for Ally Invest 1 account updated, 0 new transactions. I checked the Ally account and 15 transactions have occurred this year since December. I've been updating this account for years without issue. I've tried deactivating and reactivating the account with the same results.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

    If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.

    1. Navigate to Edit
    2. Preferences...
    3. Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
    4. Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
    5. Follow the prompts to Sign Out
    6. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password

    Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.

    Thanks, Anja, for responding. Unfortunately, I'm still getting the same results. I tried deactivating and reactivating the account but still got the same results. Do you have any other ideas?

    Which ALLY entry did you use to setup the Quicken Add Account -
    the Invest or the Bank -

    Any update on this issue?

    I purchased this subscription to download and manage my ally invest account. It connects , and does not download any transactions. There is no error code.

    It downloads my checking and savings accout, but not Investment. Thanks
