When using One-step update, Quicken connects to Ally Invest successfully but hasn't downloaded any transactions since early December 2022. The One-step Update Summary said that for Ally Invest 1 account updated, 0 new transactions. I checked the Ally account and 15 transactions have occurred this year since December. I've been updating this account for years without issue. I've tried deactivating and reactivating the account with the same results.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
