    • What edition level (Starter Edition, Deluxe, etc.), version and release of Quicken (R xx.xx) are you using? Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to determine year/version and release. You must be on the latest release (patch) level for your supported Quicken Subscription version. If you're missing patches, update your software first.
    • US, Canadian or other international version of Quicken?
    • Is your subscription still active? Or is it expired?
    • What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?
    • What error codes, error messages, symptoms do you get?
    • What bank(s) are you having issues with?

    Since this is a Savings account, have you had recent transactions (deposits or withdrawals, other than regular interest deposits) on this account?
    Banks tend to mark savings accounts as inactive if there's no activity in a number of months (don't know the exact number of months). That usually causes download failures. Call the bank and see if that is the case.

    To avoid this problem on my savings account, I've set up a monthly transfer of a small amount from Checking to Savings.

    I'm in the country of Colombia so no easy way to call them.
    Their internal messaging system should address this.
    Recent transactions?-YES- within last 2 months if that qualifies as 'recent'.
    This is a very high yield savings account relatively speaking.

    There are other discussions here in the Community referencing "error 324" or "dead account", that's why I've been asking about your savings account being inactive.
    If you've been able to send a message to the bank, hopefully you should hear from them after the holiday weekend.
