Since this is a Savings account, have you had recent transactions (deposits or withdrawals, other than regular interest deposits) on this account?
Banks tend to mark savings accounts as inactive if there's no activity in a number of months (don't know the exact number of months). That usually causes download failures. Call the bank and see if that is the case.
To avoid this problem on my savings account, I've set up a monthly transfer of a small amount from Checking to Savings.
There are other discussions here in the Community referencing "error 324" or "dead account", that's why I've been asking about your savings account being inactive.
If you've been able to send a message to the bank, hopefully you should hear from them after the holiday weekend.
