Why Does Quicken keep deleting deposits from years ago?

When I run update on my Bank of America account over the last few months, Quicken goes back in my register multiple years and randomly deletes or adds repeats entries - almost alway it is deposits. I find the error and I manually add them back so my register is correct, but next time I "Update Now" , Quicken repeats the process, but now it randomly deletes or adds a different deposit(s). What is going ON?
