Wealthsimple balances showing as incorrect (Quicken Canada)

I'm using direct connect with my Wealthsimple accounts to track my RRSP and TFSA - Quicken connects to Wealthsimple correctly (using the Mint token) and before importing shows the balances in the import window as correct. However, after importing the balances/market values are incorrect - less than they should be by around 15/20%.
Any ideas why?
