Fidelity 401K Showing 0 Balance

I have multiple Fidelty accounts which sync well through Quicken. I have one account, a 401K, that always shows a zero balance.

    Is your 401K account set up with Fidelity NetBenefits? 401K plans needs to be connected with that financial institution, not with Fidelity Investments financial institution.
