Trying to connect Fidelity Brokerage and Charles Schwab accounts but neither works.

With Fidelity, it imports the account number but none of the transactions. It acts like it is working but shows zero balances. I have done updates on all, signed out and back in for Quicken, but to no avail.

For Charles Schwab, it acts like it is going to work but when it routes back to Quicken it says Quicken cannot find any accounts (after I had checked the boxes for all of them) and the only option it gives is to try again, which doesn't work. In this instance, it doesn't even add unpopulated accounts to the list.

What am I doing wrong and how do I fix it? I use Quicken for Mac.

    One not on Charles Schwab, it tells me accounts have been authorized successfully before it routes me back to Quicken and fails.
