When a loan is "paid off" how do I "undo" that so I have access to each line item individually and
I have a HELOC thay MAY have been created as a loan. It shows a graph like an amortized loan. Through a different process, I can printout the "Loan Schedule" I can "see" it on paper, but I cant go to the original transations line-by-line. I want the ability to look uip an entry and "go to transfer" for the details I'd like to see than OTHER only as a hardcopy. When a loan is "payed off" how do I "undo" that so I have access to each line item individually and NOT only as a printout?

If you've ever tried to activate the HELOC for transaction downloading, that process may have gone off the rails.
If the account currently shows as activated / connected for downloading, try to deactivate it to get your transaction register back.If that doesn't work, it might be best if you recreated the HELOC account as an offline, manual credit card account and kept it offline for the duration. Manually record the transfers in/out of HELOC from the checking account register. And also manually record the monthly interest charges from the account statement.
