"Quicken is having trouble connecting to U.S. Bank - PFM Direct Connect"

Options

Trying to set up online access to US Bank. All other institutions work as expected. I first got an error code saying my login credentials were incorrect. Called US Bank and confirmed they indeed are correct. Then got this error message saying "it's not my fault" and that Quicken can't connect to US Bank PFM Direct Connect.

Has USB turned on your ability to use Direct Connect on their end? Switching to that FI alone isn't sufficient.

Are you paying the $3.95 monthly fee?

Yes, US Bank says everything is fine on their end. They don't see any connection attempts when I enter my credentials. I do pay the fee.

The error states that Quicken is having trouble connecting to US Bank. It also says "We've encountered an error. (It's not your fault)."

So I don't even think my credentials are hitting US bank because the connection between quicken and the bank appears to be broken.
