When downloading bank transactions, it downloads the same transaction from a debit card twice.

under payee it is the same payee, Looks like this 02/18 ID#600001, Caseys #2624, 2/17 Monetary, Caseys #2624 same $ amount. Each time a debit card is transaction is downloaded it does it like this

When downloading, is one of these transactions marked as still "pending"?
Which bank are you downloading from?

IMHO, pending transactions should never appear in a download stream.
