Truist discontinues Express Web Connect

I get this error every time I try to run One Step Update on my Truist Account. Two of your accounts have been deleted. I've tried everything I can think of to reset the accounts. The only way I can make it work is to subscribe to Direct Connect for $7.95/month. Refer to the image below. If you click the link Download and Import Transactions. You can manually download and import transactions. If you click the link Click here to find out more and get setup. You will then be directed to Direct Connect. I guess this is Truist way of forcing you to subscribe.
